Body Based Mindfulness Courses-Working with Limiting Beliefs

How Do I Release and Replace the Beliefs?

That question is, by far, the most common question I am asked.

Although frustrating for some, I intentionally did not give any specific instructions in the book because I felt that to do so would limit the possibilities of the book.  I don't want to box people into "releasing" in a specific way and having to follow specific "steps". I do give directions on how to use the testing chart. You can find those directions here.

Many different modalities can be used in releasing and replacing beliefs. The simplest is meditation and mindfulness. There can be great power in acquiring the knowledge surrounding our core negative beliefs and simply pondering upon them. Other modalities may include EFT, Emotion/Body Code, and the Body Based Mindfulness Online Course. If you are not familiar with these methods, a good place to start is by reading The Emotion Code by Dr. Bradley Nelson, or The Tapping Solution by Nick Ortner which is about EFT, otherwise known as "tapping".

For those that want to learn what I have found to be most beneficial, I love using Body Based Mindfulness.  This course is for anyone looking to work, not only with the mind and limiting beliefs, but with the body and its sensations and movements. The sensations and movements are generally tied to traumatic events. We have found this helps alleviate the frustrating return of issues that sometimes surface again after they are thought to be released. Click the link to see the syllabus for the Self-Paced Body Based Mindfulness Course  and the 8 week online Beliefs Mentoring Course taught by Dr. Kent S. Rosengren. There is also a free Body Based Mindfulness Introductory Webinar. The information is changing peoples' lives and giving them hope that they really can heal.

Many that use this book utilize applied kinesiology, or muscle testing. It is not necessary to have this skill because one can simply benefit from reading through the charts to discover which beliefs apply to them. However, if you are not familiar with muscle testing and would like to learn, a simple search on YouTube will bring up many video tutorials. Muscle testing facilitates using the book more quickly to identify the beliefs pertaining to a particular situation.
